Children of any age are more than welcome but we believe that children aged 1-7 will gain the most value out of our role play experience. We have no upper age limit so if you have older children then they are more than welcome to visit.

We are open every day and run 90 minute play sessions starting at 9.30am, 11.30am, 1.30pm

Our friendly staff are always on hand to make sure that our sessions run smoothly and safely however parent and guardians are responsible for the supervision of the children in their care at all times.

In order to ensure an enjoyable experience for each child we limit the number of visitors per session. Therefore, although it’s not essential we do advise booking so that no child leaves disappointed. If you would prefer not to book then please call us from 9am onwards to check on the day availability.

All bookings are non-refundable however we understand the situations may arise where you need to change your session. Therefore we are able to transfer your session to another date providing 24 hours’ notice is given.

In order to maintain a high level of cleanliness no shoes are permitted within the play area and socks must be worn at all times. Should you require them, socks can be purchased for a small fee from reception.

Yes we are wheelchair accessible and have disabled toilet facilities.

With the exception of weaning babies we ask that no food or drink is brought into the premises. We have a café serving an array of hot and cold drinks as well as snacks.

Of course! As long as you are only taking pictures of your own children then you are more than welcome to snap away.

Unfortunately prams are not permitted within our café or play area. Upon entering all prams must be left in our buggy park which is situated opposite our reception area. Should you wish to, you are welcome to bring in car seats or alternatively we advise bringing a sling or baby carrier.

You are still welcome to come in on your arrival however your session will still end at the end of the original allotted 90 minutes.

Dont miss out on the fun! Book your visit today:
